Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tonies® apparel, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
